Ted's HVAC is growing and we are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team.  You will be selling commercial HVAC maintenance services. This role focuses on relationship building and offering the best solutions for our commercial customer's heating and cooling service needs. Primary Job Function: To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities thereby obtaining commercial service agreement sales that are competitive and profitable. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.

Work Hours: 40 hours a week which may include Saturday appointments.

Pay Scale: Base plus commission. Six figure earning potential!

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • HVAC background preferred
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must pass drug and background screens
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage 
  • Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
  • General sales skills and aptitude 
  • Customer service knowledge with strong follow up skills 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Great listening skills
  • Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
  • Computer proficient (Outlook, Word, Excel)
